PACE Dimensions_ supporting website change and company rebranding
PACE Dimensions – a travel and hospitality advisory consultancy and research business – evolved and enhanced its business during 2020 to support the world’s most prestigious travel and tourism companies in planning a route to recovery. Part of our remit, working alongside a design agency, was to revamp pacedimensions.com. A new website needed to reflect the growing stature of PACE Dimensions, its bolstered range of services and, importantly, work to drive engagement from relevant browsers.
Working as part of an integrated marketing communications team with design, SEO and site-building experts, we developed a new approach together that would aid the positioning of PACE Dimensions as a leading advisory and research consultancy. The site also had a key objective of helping to boost PACE’s reputation as an industry commentator and leader.
More clearly defined areas of expertise, simpler navigation to ‘meaty’ and interesting content, and a fresh new look have all helped PACE Dimensions come into 2021 with new client projects and exciting opportunities. For the relaunch of the website and rebranding Siren also developed new brand digital marketing collateral with blog posts, email marketing as well as PR media relations engagement through a press release. Our supporting social strategy makes the most of the strong content we develop, and signposts people back to read and learn more from the brilliant brains behind PACE.
New traffic to the site is consistently higher each month than the previous year, and both organic search and referring traffic volumes are increasing. The new ‘insights’ section of the website – packed with thoughtful and relevant content written by Siren – has led the way in being the most visited pages on the site, after the all-important home page. Furthermore, Tim Davis’s expertise is sought more often from leading travel and hospitality industry events, conferences and media outlets.
