Growing Made By Dyslexia’s Social Media Presence
Following a successful collaboration with international charity, Made By Dyslexia (MBD), in 2019, Siren Comms was re-appointed as their lead Marcomms agency in October 2021.
In this new contract, Siren was assigned the task of social media management with a goal to maximise MBD’s social media presence, building awareness through expertly crafted social media posts that engaged, inspired and educated.
Beginning with a social media audit, the team analysed MBD’s current social performance and their target audience before building an effective, tailored strategy for the brand across all of their social channels – Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
Creating strong visual content using a combination of assets from the brand, as well as custom-made graphics designed by Siren, the team ensured all social media content could be read by a global audience whilst remaining dyslexic-friendly. Siren further advised the client to incorporate shorter forms of video content into their content plans to achieve additional engagement and attract wider audiences.
From our monthly reporting, Siren gathered data on demographics, locations and timings, helping to routinely shape our thinking, content and level of success.
Since being tasked, Siren has created a cohesive range of social feeds that inform and encourage their target audience, distributing Made By Dyslexia’s messaging across their channels.
Through a rapid increase of followers and engagement received, Siren has raised MBD’s profile, resulting in many to engage further with the charity through accessing their resources online.
