Bodyfriend: Improving Commercial performance
As part of the strategy to launch pioneering global health-tech brand Bodyfriend which produces luxury massage chairs into the European market, the website required an update to ensure a responsive site that’s mobile user-friendly and that provided an overall improved visitor experience.
Siren worked with web design team Trellis to create a solution for Bodyfriend to guarantee a refreshed website that’s more visually appealing and effective, in order to build the brands online presence.
An audit was carried out looking at the performance of the website, visibility and existing traffic. To secure greater lead generation and conversion, the best solution was to update it to an E-commerce enabled website. Siren worked on coordinating photo shoots for new stills and video content to attract the European audience and also offered advice on design elements.
As part of the website refresh, we recommended that Bodyfriend host blogs on the website. Siren created optimised blog content on a bi-weekly basis using this channel as another method to shout about the brand, their expertise and knowledges, awards, achievements and new product launches. To increase website traffic, we suggested posting the blogs on their LinkedIn channels to engage a bigger audience and increase traffic flow to the website.
The website saw an immediate increase of traffic to the website, Bodyfriend’s sales increased as consumers were now easily and directly able to purchase products from the website. The new imagery and video content drove consumers from their social media channels to the website also.
The LinkedIn strategy proved a success with more people engaging with the content on the channel and also helped increase their following.
