Benji Lewis, creator of virtual interior design service, Zoom That Room

the brief_

To launch Zoom That Room, the new, bespoke, virtual interior design service by British interior designer Benji Lewis.

the approach_

The impact of the COVID-19 pandemic meant that the world’s interest focused a lot more on our homes and what we expect from our living environment. We crafted tailored messaging for luxury interior and lifestyle titles, and the media were drawn to Benji and his service straight away.

We hosted media trials over several months and pitched the service to local, national, and online media, securing interviews with Benji Lewis and making him a leading commentator of the virtual interior design revolution.

the result_

Benji’s business has grown exponentially and now is doing Zoom calls not only with a UK clientele but with a lot of international clients from the US, Europe and Australia.

Over the course of the last six months, extensive coverage with key messaging and positioning Benji as a leading commentator, was achieved. Benji has been lead commentator for the Daily Mail, providing insight on the setting of the famous interview with Meghan, Harry and Oprah, and the decor of the Queen’s Windsor rooms.

Through placing carefully crafted stories in relevant targeted media, Benji’s profile has highly increased.

In a six month period, 40 pieces of coverage have been published across luxury, interior and lifestyle media including The Telegraph, Daily Mail, Metro, House Beautiful, House & Garden, Real Homes and Homes & Gardens.
