• Working in a support role to improve the efficiency of the Siren office

• Support the administration of the client account teams to ensure their focus is on delivering client work and results

Reporting to

• Siren Office Manager

• Working with all client account teams

Specifics of the role

• Support the general running of the office including telephone pick up, keeping the office tidy and client friendly. Ordering stationery and other adhoc tasks required.

• Manage the coordination of the monthly reports for each client account

• Support each client account team by working to set up diary meetings and ensure that the rooms, travel and any relevant documents and equipment are in place in good time ahead of the meeting

o Please note setting up client meeting rooms is a key part of the Siren client service proposition

• Supporting the client team in preparing client presentations and proposals

o This might include:

 Document preparation

 Research

 Sourcing materials for activity
